- An introductory online class about setting your goals for a writing challenge with a live hypnotic meditation to give you a writing power-up.
- A prerecorded audio file you can use to supplement and support your writing challenge.
- Five live group sessions where we will cover a topic or issue that comes up for writers and offer solutions, share our progress, and get encouragement from the group, along with a live hypnotic session to encourage your growth as a writer.
- Access to recordings of each of the group sessions.
- Five more pre-recorded hypnosis audios you can use to keep you on track.
